Refunds Policy
Should you be dissatisfied with your product we accept returns up to 07 days after delivery. We will refund you the full amount minus your shipping costs to get the product back to us.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@oobae.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment.
